We reserve the right to deny any belongings or unattended items that may endanger park safety to be brought into the park.
Please respect other guests 、entertainers and staff within the park. Refrain from using indecent language and perform any dangerous or illegal behavior.
Please respect other guests and staff while enjoying our shows, rides and mascot meet & greet. No cutting in line or allowing late friends and relatives to enter. Pay attention while walking in public areas, no pushing or squashing.
In event of rainy days, please be care of the wet group in the park.
Please wear appropriate clothing while entering and staying in the park, including shoes and upper garment.
For the safety and comfort for our guests, please only smoke at the designated smoking areas. Please refer to park map or staff for such locations.
Please always take good care of the elderly、children and other people who may need assistance, and may harm themselves from potential dangerous.
To ensure safety, please refer to the safety signs located in front of our facilities. Carefully read and pay attention to respective restrictions.
Please present ticket upon entering the park. If one wishes to re-enter the park, a special ticket acquired through the entry gate with proper signature or fingerprint is needed. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Please keep tickets clean and in a safe place. Folding or modifying tickets may make them invalid. Please feel free to contact our team members for verification.
Do not bring the following items to the park：
- Dangerous items (including, but not limited to: fireworks, firecrackers, other flammable materials, guns and other hazardous or toxic materials)；
- Foods and beverages that is not bought from Chimelong Paradise Park
- Pets or other animals (except for service animals), Pet Center provides temporary care services
- Roller blades, skateboards, bicycles, flags, drums, remote control toys, loudspeakers, etc.
Facility operating time may change, delay or suspend due to regular inspection, maintenance, weather, special event or other operational concerns. Please refer to our notification boards for update information.
Refrain from the following：
- selling any goods or services without gaining our park consent
- unauthorized distribution or display of printed materials
- filming or photo-taking for commercial purposes, including weddings other than personal use
- sleeping, begging, or other suspicious activity
- damaging or vandalizing any park equipment or facilities
- Compromising the Chimelong brand, image or reputation
Please help keep the park's landscapes, facilities, equipment and amenities in optimal condition. If an inconvenience or fault is found, please inform a team member. If deliberately damaged, compensation will apply accordingly.
please pay attention to personal belongings, temporary storage is available at some particular attraction. (please note that we are not accountable for safekeeping any personal belongings)
For any violation of the Park Rules mentioned above, causing danger or disturbance to the park or other guests, we reserve the right to expel you from the park without compensation.
We are here during business hours to provide guests with qualified service. If at any time you are dissatisfied or in need of help, please refer to a nearby Guest Service Center or team member.
